LG v. Intellectual Ventures
Successfully defended Intellectual Ventures against claims of breach of patent license agreement. Damages were significantly reduced after trial.

Intellectual Ventures v. Honda, Tesla, GM, and Toyota
Represented Intellectual Ventures in several patent infringement lawsuits against automobile manufacturers. The patents at issue related to automobile connectivity, communication, and data processing. Favorably settled cases shortly after claim construction.

Truinject Corp. v. Galderma S.A.
Represented Truinject in patent and trademark litigation related to Botox injection training.

Brazos Licensing v. Canon
Represented Brazos in patent infringement litigation related to camera and video patents.

Brazos Licensing v. Netgear
Represented Brazos in patent infringement litigation related to Wi-Fi technology.

Brazos Licensing v. F5 Inc.
Represented Brazos in several patent cases related to wireless communication networks.

Brazos v. ZTE
Represented Brazos in a dozen patent lawsuits. The patented technology involved data processing, mobile communication, and wireless transmission. Achieved highly favorable settlement after expert discovery.

XR Communications LLC v. ASUSTeK Computer Inc.
Defended ASUSTeK against accusations of patent infringement of patents related to wireless communication. Case settled favorably.

Pharmacyclics LLC v. Zydus Worldwide DMCC
Defended pharmaceutical manufacturer, Zydus, against claims of patent infringement related to its production of cancer drug, ibrutinib.

Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Corporation v. Zydus Pharmaceutical
Defended pharmaceutical manufacturer, Zydus, against claims of patent infringement related to its production of diabetes drug, canagliflozin.

Neodron, Ltd. v. Dell Technologies Inc.
Defended Dell against accusations of patent infringement in simultaneous litigation before the ITC and District Court. Cases settled favorably.

EFX Marketing, LLC v. New Twist Food, LLC
Represented EFX in asserting trade dress, patent infringement, and trademark against competitor. Case settled favorably with complete removal of competing products.

Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. v. Mylan
Defended Mylan in a patent infringement lawsuit related to its manufacture of diabetes drug, linagliptin. Secured non-infringement and invalidity verdicts at trial.

Brought an IPR seeking to invalidate patent related to the administration of cancer drug, pemetrexed.
