Steve Papazian is Of Counsel at Ruttenberg IP Law, A Professional Corporation. Steve’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Steve has extensive experience litigating patent, copyright, Lanham Act, and related state-law claims across a diverse range of technological areas, such as chip design, cannabis vaporizers, Power-over-Ethernet, aerospace radar systems, network routing and switching protocols, spinal implants, insulin pumps and others. Steve also has an active practice litigating software piracy disputes with an emphasis on cross-border matters.
In addition to his litigation practice, Steve also actively counsels clients—including Fortune 500 companies and start-ups—across a range of strategic intellectual property and business decisions, including licensing discussions, patent portfolio assessments, and other intellectual property strategy.
