Steve A. Papazian is an Associate at Ruttenberg IP Law, A Professional Corporation. Steve’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Steve is experienced in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to appeals, including successfully briefing summary judgment, claim construction, and other issues. He has extensive experience working with fact and expert witnesses, having both defended and taken multiple depositions. Steve has litigated cases involving a diverse range of technological areas, such as Power-over-Ethernet, secure internet communications, aerospace radar systems, network security, network routing and switching protocols, spinal implants, breast implants, insulin pumps and others. Before joining Ruttenberg IP Law, Steve was an Associate at Kirkland and Ellis LLP, focusing on intellectual property litigation. Steve obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor degree from the USC Gould School of Law, where he was the President of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Society.
